kinds of open houses. Some agents
know only one, that's the 
traditional in person open house.
 
There are 4 untraditional open
houses not being used. If you are
selling your home right the first time,
you need 2-3 open houses per week





It only takes one buyer from an
open house to get your home sold.

If your property is currently listed with a Brokerage,
or you have an agency buyer agreement that is
required by law when working with an agent, please
disregard my offers. It is not my intention to solicit
the offerings of other realtors or real estate agents
you may be working with through an agency
relationship agreement. I will be happy to work with
them and cooperate fully.
